Q: How Long Does It Take To Receive My Package After I Place My Order?
A: This depends on location, when you placed the order, and if you are getting it shipped, or local delivery. We package orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays after 4pm. We ship out, as well as drop off packages on Mondays, Wednesdays, And Fridays. All orders placed before the packing day at 4pm will be sent out the following shipping/delivery date. If you have placed your order after 4pm, we will package it the following packing date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. All local deliveries will be delivered by 10pm on the designated day. Same Day deliveries must be placed by 3pm, please reach out to us via text to place a same day order.
Q: Does IndigosHealing Offer Same Day Delivery For Custom Pieces?
A: To ensure quality we do not offer same day delivery for custom pieces. Once you place a custom order please allow 2 business days to complete your order before receiving a final product review via your preferred contact method. You will be given 48 hours to respond with an approval confirmation before your order is sent out. We will send out the order on the following shipping/delivery date from us receiving your confirmation.
Q: What If I Don’t Like My Custom Order?
A: No worries, we will be able to resolve your issues and remake it for you, or offer a order cancellation. You will receive 80% of your total order refunded once you have filled out our Custom Order Decline & Refund form.
