Purchase Protection Inquiries

Although every piece is carefully made, and undergoes numerous durability tests- I still provide purchase insurance to heirloom, fragile, and custom pieces to ensure longevity, durability, and a peace of mind. If your order came with purchase insurance you will receive a card with your order number, please use this number to file a claim below.

I also offer jewelry cleanings, repairs, and touchups even if the piece isn’t mine/isn’t protected by purchase insurance.

Please fill out the form below for purchase protection, or to book a service. Shipping services for pieces outside protection are to be covered from your end, with a max shipping fee of $10 ( round trip ). 

Please note purchase protection covers damaged pieces from natural occurring events, and does not include self- deconstruction of the piece/s. If the piece can’t be repaired, I will offer you the choice of a replacement piece or a refund of 75% the value of the piece. All shipping expenses will be covered from my end. To qualify for a replacement/refund you must return any piece parts available.
